Giveaway Terms and Conditions

Fretwell is hosting a giveaway as a thank-you to our clients and community. For this occasion, we'll be giving away 2 tickets to the Doc at 100 event on May 11th.

Below are the terms and conditions for the giveaway. Please read them thoroughly before entering the contest. By entering the giveaway, you are automatically agreeing to the following:

1. Eligibility:

• The Concert Ticket Giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 and above.
• Participants must be residents of Upstate, SC living in the greater Spartanburg area.

2. Campaign Period:

• The giveaway runs from April 22nd until April 26th, 2024.

3. How to Enter:

• Follow our page @fretwellspartanburg
• Like the giveaway post on Facebook or Instagram
• Share your excitement by leaving a comment on the post

4. Selection of Winners:

• One winner will be randomly selected on April 26, 2024.
• The winner will be announced on the @fretwellspartanburg giveaway post and our stories.
• The winner will be contacted directly via private message on the platform they entered from.

5. Prize:

• The winner will receive 2 concert tickets to the Doc at 100 event on May 11th.
• There will be live music from 12 until 9 PM, with Doc at 100 starting at 6 PM.

Event Information

6. Notification and Claiming the Prize:

• The selected winner will be notified on April 29, 2024.
• The winner will be contacted directly via private message on the platform they entered from.
• The winner must respond to the notification within three days to claim the prize.
• Failure to respond within the stipulated time will result in the selection of a new winner.

7. Publicity Release:

• By participating in the giveaway, participants agree to allow @fretwellspartanburg to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

8. General Terms:

• This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, or Instagram.
• The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize.
• The tickets have no name on them and can be transferred.
• @fretwellspartanburg reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway in the event of unforeseen circumstances or technical issues.
• Fretwell is not responsible for any technical errors, malfunctions, lost or delayed entries, or any other issues that may arise during the giveaway process.
• Participants agree to release and hold harmless Fretwell, its affiliates, and their employees from any liability, loss, or damages arising from or in connection with this giveaway.

9. Personal Information:

• Participants' personal information collected during the giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the contest and will not be shared with third parties.

10. Release of Social Media Platforms:

• Participants acknowledge that the giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook or Instagram.

11. Governing Law:

• This giveaway is governed by the laws of the state of South Carolina, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state.
• This giveaway is void where prohibited by law.

By participating in the Concert Ticket Giveaway, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Fretwell reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be in violation of these terms.
